Position: Special Education Teacher (Math Focus)

Location: Gardiner Regional Middle School

Date Position Available: 2024-2025 School Year

Qualifications: Special Education (282) Certification and current CHRC Authorization through State of Maine Department of Education.

Description: MSAD 11 is seeking candidates for a full-time Special Education Teacher at Gardiner Regional Middle School. Responsibilities include direct instruction using Number Worlds. Experience with Special Education case management is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and communication skills, the ability to work cooperatively, have strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and have supervisory experience. A background in Differentiated Instruction and Behavioral Interventions is desired.
