Production Assistant

We are searching for a Production Control candidate to join our team. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in coordinating and optimizing manufacturing processes. Essential Duties

Production Support. Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demand and resource availability. Data Entry and Analysis - Input and analyze production data, contributing to the assessment of key performance indicators and supporting decision-making processes. Work closely with production teams, providing support in communicating production plans, priorities, and any changes to the schedule. Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, helping to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess. Support the resolution of production issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to troubleshooting efforts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production schedules, inventory, and process improvements. Occasionally required to drive company vehicle to transport and deliver product as directed by management; will need to manually load and unload delivery vehicle. Assist with Shipping and Receiving as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, valid California driver license. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic analytical abilities and willingness to learn data analysis tools. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members. Working Conditions - This role involves a combination of office work and presence on the production/manufacturing floor. The ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential.

MIN: $41,600.00– MAX: $46,800.00

The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.
