Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster continuous improvement in Balloon forming processes.

  • Enhance efficiency by simplifying workflows and eliminating unnecessary complexities.

  • Implement lasting technical solutions for quality issues and streamline manufacturing processes.

  • Research, design, and test manufacturing methods and equipment to improve processes.

  • Maintain critical equipment through established maintenance procedures.

  • Evaluate new technologies for potential competitive advantages and cost-effectiveness.

  • Ensure adherence to high-quality standards in Medical Devices manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive product and process improvements within the Production Support team.

  • Update manufacturing procedures as needed via the change control process.

  • Prioritize Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.

  • Spearhead continuous improvement projects to reduce scrap.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor's degree in Polymer or equivalent (Level 8).

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Balloon forming processes is advantageous.

  • Proven experience in process troubleshooting.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and statistical analysis.

  • Proficiency in Minitab software (preferred) and familiarity with SolidWorks/AutoCAD.

  • Dynamic, results-oriented, and adaptable work approach.

  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Understanding of ISO & FDA compliance.
