ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Build a state-of-the-art Hepatology-focused Gastroenterology practice at Specialty Care Clinic at Victory Lakes and Clear Lake Campus or other locations, working closely with Director of the Division.

  • Provider will have 4-5 outpatient liver clinic sessions and 3-4 endoscopy sessions per week. Will perform general endoscopy and hepatology

  • endoscopyResponsible for common shared activities of the division, including, but not limited to endoscopy procedures and inpatient services.

  • Provider will also participate in the teaching endeavors of the division and other activities as deemed necessary by the Division Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MD degree or equivalent, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology.

  • Must have completed an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship programs.

  • Eligible for an unrestricted Texas Medical License
