We are recruiting for aTerritory Managerbased in the Verona area.

In this multifaceted role, you'll drive sales development, foster strong customer relationships and become a point of reference in your assigned region. Success in this position hinges on your proactive approach to spotting and seizing business opportunities, coupled with an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. What you’ll do

  • Further strengthen relationship with existing clients while actively work on developing new business.

  • Identify and resolve customer problems through contact with customer service department

  • Master product portfolio, value proposition and product technical features in order to be able to "sell" them effectively to customers

  • Guarantee a solid knowledge of competition (strengths and weaknesses) in order to be able to use these information for commercial purposes, maximizing sales and preserving profitability.

  • Master and manage the whole Tender process from the pre-tender to the post-tender stage, involving, at appropriate times, the relevant functions (Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Clinical Specialist, Customer Service, IT, Logistics)

  • Use and update CRMs daily, ensuring proper project tracking and constant system alignment to the actual work progress status

    What You'll need:

  • A track record of success in commercial and/or clinical roles within multinational organization, coupled with expertise regarding clients in the Triveneto Area.

  • Deep Knowledge of the OR's dynamics

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

  • Business fluent in Italian and good level of English.

  • Good knowledge of the office package and good analytical skills.
