  • Customer service with heavy phone calls and emails.
  • Supporting election workers with registering for training, finding clerks, identifying availability, scheduling for supply pick-up, identifying back-up workers and potential judges and signing up for compensation.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets, Election Management System, Air table and other applications. Heavy data entry/computer use.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must have previous Microsoft Word and Excel work experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Typing of 40+ WPM required.
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Must be able to perform well without in-person supervision, within expected work hours and maintain good performance.
  • Some negotiation skills are preferred.
