TEKsystems Service Sales Representative in Gaithersburg, Maryland

Description:

This position is responsible for the sale of service offerings to building owners and property managers, Promote our value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. Build and manage long term customer relationships/partnerships with targeted building owners/managers. Responsible for customer satisfaction. Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships. Execute the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships and in seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. Utilize sales tools to plan and document sales progress as well as increase business opportunity in current accounts. Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis. Seek to expand the depth and breadth of all company offerings sold within accounts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales related to the HVAC or Plumbing industries

Experience in account management and customer growth strategies

Experience hitting the road (this is outside sales!)
