Randstad is seeking an entry-level candidate with some experience in an office setting to provide support to a small association in the Giathersburg area. This role is the perfect fit for someone who excels with multi-tasking, planning, and communication and is looking to further their administrative career in a small business setting that offers growth! Responsibilities

This role will be an exciting one for those that love project management and supporting a small team environment. This role will be a mix of administrative, customer service and events support.

  • Work with committee chairs to schedule and create a seminar training calendar

  • Work with certification department to track, process and confirm registrations

  • Compile and sent out registration materials

  • Act as a point of contact for trade shows: handle logistic arrangements, trade show materials and coordinate with marketing team on meeting and planning support

  • Provide board meeting support, annual conference support and database management support

  • Administrative office tasks to include answering phones, handling mail, electronic filing, montioring shared drives, and some occasional work-related errands
