Title: Analyst I – Document Control

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Thursday

Type: 3 month contract

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Archive and organize GMP documents

  • Identify opportunities for improvement within scope of work

  • Issue laboratory notebooks, equipment logbooks, batch records, and maintain associated logs.

  • Scan and upload batch records and other GMP documents to SharePoint and VEEVA

  • Able to support the training department for archival of training records

    Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, or 2 years minimum of experience working in an office environment.

  • Experience with an Electronic Document Management System and other relevant computer software.

  • Understanding of GMP and GDP principles preferred

  • Proficient at MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,

  • Atte ntion to detail is important

  • Customer service minded
