Job Description

Repairing airline customer seat assembles and sub-components, partially or completely, replacing parts and sub-assemblies, and test/triage/assess by performing the following duties as directed by OEM and/or airline customer drawings, maintenance manuals, engineering instruction and other technical publications.

Complementary Description

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:30 am 5:00 pm.

Job Requirements

 18 months of related experience required – equivalent education, training and background may be substituted for experience.

 Will be required to pass competency test for Repair Technician classification within 30 days of successful award of this role.

 Requires a thorough understanding of assembly build practices and repair procedures.

 Must be able to perform skilled technician work that involves diagnosis, replacement, repair and rebuilding a variety of seats, equipment, components and/or systems.

 Employee must be able to obtain and maintain all required certifications and licenses, including, but not limited to, Repairman Certification to sign off on ARC. (Must be able to read, write and understand English and have applicable experience or training)
