Job description

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 10-hour shifts.

6:30 am to 5:30pm

MIG WELDERS NEEDED - 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

$21.25-$24.25 Hr.

If you have any experience welding at all, even at home they will consider giving you a test to see if you qualify for welding.If for some reason you do not past the welding test, you can be considered for assembly etc. This will be at the Gainesville Location.

Excellent company with great opportunities. Plenty of overtime.

Position Summary

: Safely and efficiently welds products in accordance with work instructions, by using specialized and approved tooling to perform standardized work and ensure product quality. :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

: - Produce units within the standard cycle times, while maintaining quality standards - Operate welding equipment safely and effectively - Support standardized work processes and team oriented goals - Participate in continuous improvement activities - Verify all previous parts have been assembled, and/or welded correctly before new parts are added - Participates and maintains 5s standards - Participates in 5s activities - Understands, complies in support of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements - Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

: - Basic English language competency - read and speak - Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions - Flexible to handle frequent business need changes

Preferred Skills and Experience

: - Knowledge of weld-shop processes preferred - Previous manufacturing welding experience

In addition, the team member must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
