Responsibilities

This position consists of repairing and maintaining all production and facility equipment, new equipment installations, and maintaining established preventative maintenance programs. The qualified candidate must be proficient in reading mechanical/electrical prints, pneumatic schematics, and hydraulic schematics, proficient in pipe fitting skills of air, water, hydraulics, and must have good attendance record. Electrical experience 120v/, 480 volts, 3 phase motor. PLC troubleshooting, a plus if able to program. Ability to work 12 hour shifts and the flexibility to work days, evenings and/or weekends

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment

  • manual lifting up to 50lbs

  • standing for 12 hours at one time

Skills

  • reading schematics (3 years of experience is preferred)

  • pneumatic (3 years of experience is preferred)

  • machine installation (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • rebuild equipment (2 years of experience is preferred)

  • pipe fitting (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • hydraulics (3 years of experience is preferred)

  • PLC troubleshoot
