Job Description:

This OPS position is part of the UF Health Educational Technologies team. Position will assist application analysts with the daily operation of the SumTotal Systems learning management system (LMS) branded as myTraining. myTraining is a shared training management system between UF and UF Health.

Position duties include:

Troubleshooting application specific issues (i.e. application log errors, research on new functionality available, testing new courses)

Directly working with customers for common support issues (i.e login issues, courses not working, finding the right training)

data management (i.e. cleaning up user accounts, old reports, inactive classes)

various technical projects (i.e. system upgrades, documentation)

Expected Salary:

$15.00 Per Hour

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of one-year experience in technical customer service or other relevant experience. Must have excellent customer service demeanor, verbal communication and ability to problem solve. Quick learner in navigating web-based applications.
