Titan America Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Fushë -Krujë, Albania

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensures the efficient, accurate and timely flow of repairs and monitors the supply of necessary elements/tools.

  • Perform alignments, adjustments, replacements and generally repairs of mechanical components as needed.

  • Checks and monitors the condition of parts on devices or replaces problematic ones to ensure continuous operation and reduce downtime for maintenance reasons.

  • Collaborates with other departments to facilitate useful technical assistance when deemed necessary.

  • Takes care of problem-solving and mechanical maintenance coverage of equipment.

  • Makes a significant contribution to accident prevention and environmental protection within their area of responsibility.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Candidate profile:

  • Diploma from a professional school in mechanical technology or equivalent.

  • Experience as a mechanical technician in an industrial environment, preferably in the cement industry.

  • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
