Titan America Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Fushë -Krujë, Albania
Main duties and responsibilities:
Ensures the efficient, accurate and timely flow of repairs and monitors the supply of necessary elements/tools.
Perform alignments, adjustments, replacements and generally repairs of mechanical components as needed.
Checks and monitors the condition of parts on devices or replaces problematic ones to ensure continuous operation and reduce downtime for maintenance reasons.
Collaborates with other departments to facilitate useful technical assistance when deemed necessary.
Takes care of problem-solving and mechanical maintenance coverage of equipment.
Makes a significant contribution to accident prevention and environmental protection within their area of responsibility.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Candidate profile:
Diploma from a professional school in mechanical technology or equivalent.
Experience as a mechanical technician in an industrial environment, preferably in the cement industry.
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
