Future Foam Inc SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER in Fullerton, California

FUTURE FOAM, INC. seeks a SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER in Fullerton, California to support equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues that are more complex such as stress analysis on frame structures for machine design to prevent catastrophic failure; engineer and design specifications for pumps and gear reducers that are needed for related production processes; coordinate and support assigned equipment and engineering projects; write technical documentations, including equipment qualification documents, work instructions, control plans, manufacturing process settings, and troubleshooting; design, manufacture, document, and install equipment modifications; create 3D models, engineering drawings, and bills of materials for machineries and equipment; generate and interpret mechanical schematics and designs; work independently to perform mechanical engineering assignments and tasks; and develop concepts and ideas for improving existing equipment and processes including equipment automation, where applicable.

Minimum Requirements: Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or related field of study AND 24 months of experience as Mechanical Engineer or related positions.

Salary Offered: $93,288.00 to $95,000.00 per year.
