Description:

・Director of Sales & Marketing、Director of Sales、Director of Eventsをサポートし、すべてのイベントセールス/企画活動を指揮・調整する。

・総料理長、副総料理長、イベントサービスディレクター、その他関連する同僚と緊密に連携し、すべてのメニュープランニングとイベント実施に関する事項を調整する。

・Director of Sales & Marketing、Director of SalesとDirector of Eventsを補佐し、販売活動の効果を検証・評価し、年間ビジネスプランに記載された目標を達成または上回るよう必要に応じて調整する。

・メンバーに創造性および革新性を奨励し、実験を追求し、業務の成功への貢献について評価する。

・実践的な管理を通じて、Director of Event Planningを補佐し、ホテルの基準、方針、手順、適用法に従って業務を遂行するすべてのEvent Planning担当者を側で管理指導する。

・ゲストや社内の顧客からの苦情や問い合わせに丁寧かつ効率的に対応し、問題が解決されるようフォローする。

・Support Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales and Director of Events to direct and coordinate all event sales/planning activities

・Work closely with Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Director of Event Service and other related colleagues on all menu planning and event execution matters

・Assist Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales and Director of Events to review and evaluate the effectiveness of selling activities and adjust as necessary to achieve or exceed the objectives as outlined in the Annual Business Plan

・Encourage colleagues to be creative and innovative, pursue experimentation and recognizes them for their contribution to the success of the operation

・Through hands on management, assist Director of Event Planning to supervise closely all Event Planning associates in the performance of their duties in accordance with hotel standards, policies and procedures and applicable laws

・Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved

Qualifications:

・ホスピタリティ業界、特にイベントセールス、イベントプランニング、ケータリング、宿泊関連分野で3年以上の経験

・最低1年間のマネジメント経験
