ハウスキーピングスーパーバイザーは、お客様にご満足いただき安心して快適にお過ごしいただける空間をご提供できる様に、業務要求に合ったチームメンバー（注1）が館内の全てのエリアで滞りなく業務できる様に管理監督をして頂きます。

（注1）チームメンバー：業務委託会社、協力会社も含む。

以下が主な業務内容になります：

· 毎日の業務予定を把握しチームメンバーに業務を割り当て、どのように業務を行うかをメンバーに確認する。

· 客室とレストランを含むパブリックエリアが清潔で品質基準を満たしているかのチェック。

· 年間の特別作業（清掃）を計画し、期日までに完了させる。

· お客様からのご意見や苦情を適切に対応し、改善防止策の提案する。

· 在庫管理、発注業務を行う。

· 全てのエリアが整理整頓され、安全に保たれているかの確認を行う
