Sterling Care Frostburg Village, a healthcare facility, is nestled in the State’s Appalachian highlands with easy access to Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Sterling Care Frostburg Village maintains a collegial working environment in a friendly atmosphere.

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the CMA safeguards the health, safety and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Some of the job requirements are:

Provides quality nursing care to Residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity and freedom of choice.

Assists in the provisions of medication treatment.

Provides individualized attention, which encourages each Resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.

Carry out assignments required for the Resident’s activities of daily living (ADL’s) which include but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Attends to individual needs of all Residents in regards to incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication and other needs.
