Salary : Up to £32,900 per annum (40 hours per week)

Location : Garston Veterinary Group, across all sites as required.

Job Type : Permanent, full-time or part-time

Hours: Negotiable, flexibility offered. We can offer school hours, weekends only or more, just let us know what suits you!

Are you a veterinary nurse that loves engaging with clients and their pets to build positive and long-lasting relationships through consulting?

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and enthusiastic nurse to provide a wide range of consultation services to our valued clients and their pets. The candidate will actively develop our nurse consultations and work with the senior team to maintain and improve client services.

We invest heavily in training across the team and are proud to have the latest equipment, and modern facilities in order to offer the most up-to-date advice and treatment for our clients and their pets.

Our sites have excellent facilities including well equipped consult rooms, state of the art theatres, isolation units, onsite lab, ultrasound, digital x-ray, all sites are cat friendly ISFM with designated cat-friendly appointments, laser therapy, and dedicated staff room.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills.

Garston Veterinary Group are a well-established team dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to all pets across Somerset and Wiltshire.

Our five well-equipped surgeries are within striking distance of the beautiful, historic cities of Bath, Bristol and Salisbury. Plus we’re on the edge of the Mendip Hills if you enjoy walking, cycling and caving!

Our practice equipment includes laparoscope and endoscopes, therapeutic laser, dental radiography, ultrasound and we will be gaining CT equipment this year!
