KAYLA JOHNSON Ag Equipment Operator in FROID, Montana
Temporary full time from 3/26/2024 - 11/15/2024 Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as hay, wheat, silage, peas, lentils; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Attend to live farm animals such as cattle including feeding, watering, calving, processing, sorting, moving, weaning, marketing. Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate non-CDL drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
