As the VP Talent Acquisition you will step into a management leadership role that involves – inspiring and supporting the team of recruiters while also meeting the business and staffing needs in all business lines.

Job Duties –

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategic plan, objectives and milestones to achieve business plan objectives for all business lines and corporate functions

  • Serve as a strategic partner with business leaders by creating alternative staffing strategies and successful start ups

  • Oversee development and implementation of the university partnership program and successful placement of students doing clinical affiliations

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight on premium labor through partnerships with staffing vendors around contingent labor strategies and working with operators on PRN utilization and costs.

  • Oversight and adjust hiring and interview process and practices to optimize selection process

Qualifications –

  • BS degree in Business or Human Resource Management. At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience may substitute for degree requirement.

  • Minimum of (10) years of professional experience in recruiting

  • Minimum of (5) years supervisory experience

  • Minimal travel
