Job Overview
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America and the first to bring hot and cold beverages together at scale. We are looking for a Senior Security Architect to join our IT team and help us design, build, and maintain our security infrastructure.
As Senior Security Architect, you will be expected to:
Drive adoption of enterprise-wide security architectures and frameworks with NIST CSF compatibility.
Promote alignment of the required enterprise security capabilities and investments required to accomplish business goals and objectives.
Lead the development and execution of the security architecture strategy and roadmap.
Champion a ‘security and privacy by design’ program to empower other IT and business teams to design solutions with security and privacy at the forefront.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of security objectives and strategies that enable business growth and innovation while mitigating risk and maintaining adherence to security and privacy policies and standards.
Develop and maintain the security architecture framework, standards, policies, and best practices.
Define current/target state security architectures for each capability area, such as cloud, OT, end points, network, and maintain rolling 3-year technical roadmap.
Collaborate with other architects to drive directional / conceptual solution architecture as projects are being planned.
Conduct security assessments and audits of existing systems, applications, and processes.
Provide guidance and support to other security professionals and stakeholders on security architecture and design.
Research and evaluate emerging security technologies and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on the latest security threats, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in security architecture and design.
A strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, OWASP, etc.
A solid understanding of security principles, technologies, and methodologies, such as encryption, authentication, authorization, firewalls, Zero Trust, IDS/IPS, cloud security, ICS/OT, etc.
A proven track record of designing and implementing secure solutions for complex and large-scale environments.
Well-rounded technical and business acumen.
Strong organizational and technical leaderships skills.
Recognized subject matter expert in security architecture domain.
Effectively communicates to audience at hand and can speak 3 languages (Conceptual, Logical, Physical), with ability to simplify complex technical topics.
