Responsibilities:

Operates mail machines including the postage meter.

  • Processes and weighs outgoing mail.

  • Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.

  • Replenishes postage on the postage meter as needed.

  • Stocks supplies needed for the mailroom and deliver office supplies and copy paper.

  • Responsible to stock and maintain conference room and kitchen supplies

  • Conference room setups, moving chairs, tables, podiums.

  • Pickup outbound boxes and packages from internal customer locations.

  • Sort items into categories according to established processes.

  • Prepare items for processing, shipment or transportation.

  • Enter activity data in logs, maintain records.

  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.

  • Prepare and process outbound courier shipments using service provider's equipment.

  • Process invoices related to the services including invoice verification.

  • Ability to cross train on other roles within department; responsible for carrying out other duties as appropriate due to staff absences or at the discretion of management.

  • Answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct location.

  • Activate badges for the correct access to the appropriate buildings.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager to fulfill client expectations.

    Qualifications:

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds

  • High-school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic MS Office

  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.

  • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.

  • Handle multiple projects at one time.

  • Able to meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to exhibit Executive customer service
