Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conference room setups, moving chairs, tables, podiums.

  • Pickup outbound boxes and packages from internal customer locations.

  • Prepare items for processing, shipment or transportation using an online application and handheld a device.

  • Enter activity data in logs, maintain records.

  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.

  • Ability to cross train on other roles within department; responsible for carrying out other duties as appropriate due to staff absences or at the discretion of management.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager to fulfill client expectations.

  • Processing USPS mail inbound and outbound using a Postal Meter.

  • Stocking Coffee Bars and Bean Brewer, this includes ordering supplies and maintaining back stock.

  • In addition you will be required to do special outbound projects, stuffing and packaging items to be shipped out thru USPS or overnight carriers.

    Qualifications:

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds

  • High-school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic MS Office

  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.

  • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.

  • Handle multiple projects at one time.

  • Able to meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to exhibit Executive customer service
