Located 30 miles north of downtown Dallas, Omni PGA Frisco Resort is the largest resort currently in development in the country. Opening spring 2023, the resort will feature 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, three pools, including an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a destination spa, Lounge by Top Golf, and over 127,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. An expansive retail and entertainment district will feature dining, shopping and an outdoor stage set to be activated for concerts and outdoor programming. The Resort will become a leading destination for golf providing an unparalleled experience for those who are advanced players, new to the game, and everything in between. The resort will offer 46 holes of golf designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, including two 18-hole championship golf courses, a lighted 10-hole short course, and a lighted two-acre putting green.

Omni PGA Frisco Resortis seekingBell Captaintto join our team. Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.

TheBell Captainplays a key role in managing the smooth arrival and departure of guests. Bell Captain maintains a positive working relationship between Guest Services, Valet, and the Front Office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain bell carts via cleaning and routine maintenance, working with Engineering when needed.

  • Use friendly and appropriate expressions when engaging guests.

  • Supervising the bell staff and ensure they perform their duties efficiently.

  • Assist in making reservations for restaurants and limousines for our guests.

  • Ensure the delivery of parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guestrooms.

  • Ensure that the bell storage closet is maintained, clean and tidy.

  • Follow-up with guest complaints to ensure that any problems are resolved.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Utilize bell carts effectively and with caution.

  • Ensure Lobby Presence when on shift.

  • Direct guests to the Front Desk or meeting rooms.

  • Call taxis and/or shuttle for guests as needed.

  • Assist, retrieve, and load luggage for guests.

  • Notify the Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals whenever possible.

  • Engage in conversation with as many guests as possible.

  • Aid guests in locating other areas of the hotel (walk them to destination if possible).

  • Train new bell staff members on the proper procedures and protocols of the hotel.

  • Maintain daily bell log for all arrivals and departures.

  • Send a daily email with any information necessary for the next shift. Inventory tools of the trade. i.e. radios, door stops, bell carts.

Qualifications

  • Previous luxury hotel experience is required.

  • Obtain a high school diploma

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.

  • Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detail orientated, and excellent organizational skills needed.

  • Knowledge of the resort and all outlets
