Keurig Dr Pepper Associate Manager, Media Investment in Frisco, Texas

Job Overview

The Associate Manager, Media Investment is responsible for planning, activating, optimizing and reporting for paid brand media. This role will have day-to-day management responsibility of multiple brand campaigns directly with media owners reporting to a Media Investment Manager with Keurig Dr Pepper’s In-House Media team. This role will have ad ops support from a third-party agency and from KDP’s In House Media team

This position is based at our HQ Frisco, TX and hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and work from home)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Media Investment Manager with media planning operations and DSP execution, collaborate with media partners and creative agencies

  • Execute programmatic media strategy for US campaigns

  • Act as day-to-day point of contact within DSP and other ad tech environments for external and internal partners

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to provide media recommendations, monitor performance, and supply actionable optimizations

  • Build overall capabilities and knowledge within the programmatic and consumer data space to build out best-in-class programmatic campaigns – this includes targeting, ad ops, partner selection, and campaign optimizations

  • Support measurement partners, both internal and external, with data execution, collection, and analysis

  • Build strong working relationships with National and Local media agencies (both US and Canada), DSP/DMP partners, 3rd party measurement providers, and internal Data Science teams

  • Consistently monitor campaigns to ensure proper delivery against campaign goals and KPIs; partner with DSP teams to ensure proper setup, execution, and optimization

  • Partner with data providers and media agencies to ensure that measurement and reporting tags are properly implemented for the purposes of viewability measurement, in-flight optimization, data collection, and sales impact measurement

  • Partner with Marketing Technology/IT team to ensure that proper site-tagging and data collection

  • Assist with data visualization processes

  • Assist the Investment Manager in the management, collection, and reporting of KDP marketing media data within the visualization platform

  • Become familiar with the data visualization platform and coordinate with the Data Science team internally to build capabilities

  • Support the Programmatic Strategy Manager with ad hoc reporting and requests as necessary

Requirements

  • 3+ years digital marketing/media agency experience; 1-2 years with programmatic media or ad ops preferred

  • Successful track record of working cross-functionally with internal partners, agency partners, and DSP/DMP partners

  • Experience with digital marketing reporting metrics and industry dynamics

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; strong with Excel

  • Skilled in DMP management (LiveRamp preferred, but not required)

  • Experience with ad servers (CM360 preferred)

  • Experience with media and site tags (creation, implementation, and QA)

  • Advanced presentation and PowerPoint skills; Ability to present to marketing management clearly and concisely

  • Strong desire to grow in the data-first digital space and ability to adapt quickly to change

  • Knowledge of broader North American media landscape

  • Occasional travel required
