Job Overview

The Associate Customer Marketing Manager, Non-Commercial Accounts – Foodservice Solutions, is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing programming solutions tailored to non-commercial account customers. The primary focus of this position is to collaborate closely with the non-commercial sales team, external partners, and agencies using market and channel insights to drive growth and foster lasting relationships with a portfolio of Foodservice Solutions (FSS) non-commercial customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, an ability to identify and align the right marketing resources in support of the annual business plan, and a passion for driving business success in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities

MARKETING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Develop and manage turn-key marketing plans to amplify KDP brands, engage customers, acquire new accounts and drive retention through value creation.

Seek to understand customer marketing needs and gaps to be able to provide the greatest amount of support to a broad non-commercial account customer base. Apply business practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

PARTNERSHIPS: Brief and lead external agencies and partners from planning to execution. Build effective and productive relationships with non-commercial sales teams, and cross-functional partners, e.g., Commercialization, Channel Strategy.

PRESENTATIONS: Build and deliver compelling presentations to multiple audience levels including internal leadership.

TRANSLATE INSIGHTS INTO ACTION: Leverage consumer and shopper insights to inform the overall marketing program strategy. Analyze program results to identify opportunities for improvement.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously in various stages of the value creation process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5+ years in progressive consumer, customer marketing, sales, or agency experience preferably with a packaged goods company or within the foodservice industry

  • Passionate with a collaborative, strategic growth-mindset

  • Sales/category/customer-facing experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate and deliver presentations

  • Strong project and people management skills, critical and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must

  • Experience in working with and managing creative agencies and other external partners

  • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards

  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%) for marketing and sales meetings, tradeshows and/or customer shows and meetings with external partners

  • Proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel)

  • This role is based in Frisco, TX headquarters
