Twin City Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced fabrication supervisor to join a leading company in Fridley, MN. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a welding, plastics, or HVAC background to lead a team of production associates in a dynamic environment. Collaborate with shipping to meet project deadlines and maintain a departmental budget. Train new staff on building custom plastic fabricated projects. Oversee assembly, welding, testing, and sealing of products. Manage quality control processes to ensure high standards are maintained. Handle scheduling of production and machinery to optimize workflow. Requirements of the fabrication supervisor: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role supervising production associate. Certificate or diploma in HVAC, Welding, Machining, Plastics, or Production Management. Experience with plastics welding is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills.
