Cesar Chavez Foundation Office Manager in Fresno, California

Radio Campesina, a Hispanic radio network is looking for an experienced Office Manager that will maintain the general image and appearance of the office as well as assist the General Manager with administrative duties, scheduling and client interaction.

Daily Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain all office equipment including making sure all equipment works properly, and ordering supplies for all equipment

  • Maintains all office supplies including making sure of availability of general office supplies for daily business, as well as researching and ordering any necessary special requests for either equipment or supplies

  • Receive all incoming local payments from station’s clients including media payments and talent fees

  • Deposit all monies received locally

  • Fill out and maintain all local employee records.

  • Complete and submit all local accounting documents including check requests, vouchers, preparing expense reports, trade agreements, timesheets for employees and deposit records

  • Maintain General Manager’s schedule, including; arranging meetings, confirming appointments, handling rescheduling, and reminding General Manager of appointments

  • Keyboarding letters, reports, e-mails, and memorandums

  • Screening calls and visitors for the General Manager

  • Sort mail, and deliver to appropriate departments

  • Make travel arrangements for all staff

  • File maintenance

  • Maintain title, registration and insurance for all company vehicles

  • Completes and submits all necessary documentation for station events, including: insurance, permits, applications, and payments

Requirements

2-3 years Office Manager/Assistant experience

Excellent written and communication skills

Knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel)

Bilingual Spanish Strongly Preferred

Salary depending on experience + 100% paid benefits

Must be COVID-19 Vaccinated and provide a copy of vaccination card
