**SUMMARY: The Messenger/Mail Clerk will perform under limited supervision by the Purchasing Manager. The Messenger/Mail Clerk will provide mail and messenger services for various company locations and departments as directed. Perform pick-up and delivery of supplies, mail and packages. Distribute incoming mail and courier pickups and deliveries to appropriate locations.

  1. Provide messenger and mail services for all departments
  2. Driving to vendors to pick and drop off of items
  3. Regular attendance is an essential function
  4. Pick up and deliver company vehicles for washing and servicing.
  5. Prepare shopping lists for kitchen supplies and various other items needed by departments.
  6. Maintain kitchen sanitation and other various sanitation requirements
  7. Weekly inventory of Janitors closet and office supply closet
  8. Miscellaneous clerical duties
  9. Occasional weekends may be required
  10. Perform other duties as assigned

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write and the ability to speak effectively. Ability to effectively present information, both verbally and in writing. Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
