What you will do:

  • Provide direction to on-site field staff to ensure quality of installation

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policy, safety and otherwise

  • Provide employee training, feedback and coaching

  • Monitor employee productivity

  • Ensure project deadlines are met

  • Prepare and submit Quality Assurance Reports

  • Regularly facilitate communication between management and field staff

  • Travel to several work sites daily

  • Troubleshoot and maintain sensors

  • Operate company vehicles and ATVs

  • Transport equipment to project sites

  • Assist in operational support tasks when needed

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with commercial tree fruit operations and a background in agriculture

  • A valid driver’s license and no major driving infractions in the last 5 years

  • A flexible schedule

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field

  • Experience with low voltage electronics

  • Bi-lingual

  • Experience Hiring

  • Mechanical experience

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $28.85 - $34.62
