Four-Day Work Week (Monday to Thursday) 34 hours

 

Food Service Specialist - GLCAP Fremont Senior Center - 6:30am - 3:30pm.

 

*Summary:  *Using culinary expertise to create appetizing dishes for seniors to enjoy. Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way. Prepares, packages, and delivers meals; maintains sanitary environment for preparation, and storage.

Education:

Required High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). Must obtain ODH Level II Food Protection Manager Certification within three months and SeaFood HAACAP Certification within one year. Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or related certificate preferred.
