About the Job:
You will be part of TI’s worldwide TMG (“Technology & Manufacturing Group”) and support the semiconductor wafer fab engineering team. You will interact with various departments to resolve issues that limit yield performance and output. You will create processes and methods to gather manufacturing and process data from various data sources and apply statistical analysis methods to enhance our capabilities in the fields of
Advanced Process Control (APC) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). You will identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets and prepare analysis reports for the stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistic or related fields
Solid experience in programming and data analysis with proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
Good written and spoken language skills in English
Availability of at least 4 months
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly skilled in data mining/wrangling, analysis, visualization and reporting
Familiarity with outlier and trend detection algorithms and predictive models
Experience with project management tools, e.g. Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket
Knowledge of Docker containerization
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Methodical and detail oriented
High level of motivation
Self-confidence, team-spirit and good communication skills
