Sartorius Technische Assistenz im Bereich Upstream Processing (x|w|m) in Freiburg, Germany

Wir suchen zusätzliche Verstärkung in einem wachsenden Team im Bereich Production Proteins als Technische Assistenz im Bereich Upstream Processing (x|w|m) am Standort Freiburg (Sartorius CellGenix GmbH). In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie an der Herstellung von kritischen Roh- und Ausgangsstoffen für die Zelltherapie und achten dabei stets auf die Einhaltung unserer Standards nach GMP-Richtlinie, GenTG und ISO.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Detailplanung und Durchführung der GMP gerechten Produktion (Small Scale ) nach Vorgaben der Produktionsplanung

  • Übernahme der Geräteverantwortung für technische Anlagen

  • Einhaltung der GMP-konformen Dokumentation

  • Unterstützen bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Anweisungen und Verfahrensbeschreibungen

  • Mitwirken bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von Deviation, CAPAs, OOX und Changes

  • Mitwirken bei produktions – und qualitätsrelevanten Projekten

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Laborant ( x|w|m ) , Technischer Assistent ( x|w|m ) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich der tierischen Zellkultur oder Bakterien Fermentation im kleineren Labor- oder Großmaßstab sammeln und sind sicher im Umgang mit USP-Equipment

  • Erste Erfahrung mit Arbeiten nach GMP- und GenTG-Regularien und im Reinraum bringen Sie mit

  • Gute Kenntnisse von biotechnologischen Prozessen

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office

  • Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise und die Motivation, permanent an Verbesserungen mitzuarbeiten runden Ihr Profil ab

  • Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit sowie Bereitschaftsdienst nach Bedarf
