Confidential Employer Fiber Optics Installer and Service Technician in Freeport, Pennsylvania
This position is responsible for installing and repairing fiber optic networks for internet, video and phone services to customer residential and commerical locations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing underground and aerial construction of fiber optic drop cable using designated equipment Installing, rearranging, and maintaining inside wiring. Connecting, testing, and configuring various internet, video, and phone equipment Interpret, review and maintain color-coded underground and aerial documentation and maps
The qualified candidate must be friendly, polite and have the ability to problem solve and work independently. The preferred candidate will have previous experience with installation of DSL, Fiber, phone or internal wiring.
