Global Dimensions SME / Consultant - Logistics in Fredericksburg, Virginia

Global Dimensions is a HUBZone, service disabled, veteran-owned small business based in Fredericksburg, VA. We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.). Positions are available both CONUS and OCONUS, and for both short and long-term durations.

Global Dimensions is recruiting for an upcoming opportunity and seeking candidates who will be available upon award. Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Consultant specializing in Logistics. The individual designs, leads, supervises, and provides strategic advice on the technical aspects of projects of major significance, necessitating advanced knowledge of technology, environmental policy issues, organizational structures, and facilitation/mediation techniques. Acts as a senior advisor to the Program Manager as well as to the project customer or stakeholder.

Requirements

  • Must have a Secret clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 10+ years of program management experience.

  • Experience working OCONUS (Africa) and/or on AFRICAP or ACOTA programs is highly desirable.

  • PMP and/or ITIL certification desired.

  • Knowledge of Government Logistics policies and procedures.

  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment with multiple priorities.

  • Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Experience working with customer objectives and company goals.

  • Must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills.
