Are you an individual who has worked in a sales and service environment who is resourceful, organized and detail oriented? As a Contract Specialist in our Fredericksburg, VA location, you are a valuable part of a dynamic team committed to serving Kaeser ‘s customers and colleagues with extraordinary customer service.

Job Description

A successful candidate should have experience in the majority of these daily tasks:

  • Contacting direct customers and vendors by email and phone.

  • Reading and understanding all types of contracts and agreements, to include legal terminology.

  • Redlining contracts and agreements for sales, service, and purchasing.

  • Leading and taking part in discussions and negotiations with direct customers and vendors on suggested redlines.

  • , Redlining Confidentiality agreements.

  • Completing customer and vendor forms.

  • Requesting, reviewing, and providing feedback on Certificates of Liability Insurance for customers and vendors.

  • Setting up and maintaining company documentation for customer purchase and safety online portals. Familiarity with ISN, Avetta and PEC is a plus.

  • Prioritizing tasks with success.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; AA or BA Degree preferred

  • 1-3 years sales/service customer service experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
