Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA){rel="noopener" target="blank"}at Sheppard Pratt offer programs devoted to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including residential programs that provide homes and person-centered supports. TheOdyssey Residential Program{rel="noopener" target="blank"}provides single-family homes throughout the Frederick community to approved individuals.

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will beresponsible for the management of specific program area(s),including the delivery of services and supervision of staff.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoringsmooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implementing and maintainingsystems for continuous quality improvement.
  • Assessing, coordinating, and implementing direct supportservice needs of clients.
  • Participating in the hiring, training, and theongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
  • Monitoringprogram budget.
  • Ensuringcompliancewith applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
  • Establishing andmaintaining positive relationshipswith clients, support systems, and partner service providers.

What we need from you.

  • High school diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
  • Two years of positively referenced experience, including in a supervisory role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
