Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Frederick, Maryland
Description:
As an Order Processing Coordinator, you will be responsible for varied sales, customer service, and relationship management responsibilities for both internal and external customers, primarily helping Educational Representatives (Ed Reps) maximize sales and margin.
Facilitate educational representative pricing requests and questions on product availability
Assist with quote and order tracking, monitoring sales conversion rates, and other analytical data
Follow up to assist with closing sales on open quotes
Facilitate quotes and sales for Institutional customers outside of current markets
Stay current on competitive landscape to identify and communicate market trends
Work directly with manufacturers to determine product availability
Assist with management of Jo-Ral orders, invoicing, and customer service
Additional duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of administrative experience
