Retail Sales Associate

Job Description: Tiny Life Homes is expanding and looking for a high energy, motivated Retail Sales Associate tojoin our team. As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that everycustomer receives the best customer service. Our ideal candidates are results-driven with an Old-school work ethic. You should be able to work independently and autonomously, yetcourageous enough to ask questions and learn from others. Most importantly, you should havestrong sales stamina with a desire to make connections and enjoy building lasting relationships with others. Bottom line, you should possess the drive to work hard, sell park model homes,have fun, and make money!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling park model homes
  • Be enthusiastic and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, andmanagement
  • Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
  • Stay on top of market trends, the park model industry, and current dealership inventory
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Maintain the appearance of the sales center which may include performing generalhousekeeping duties

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school education or equivalent is required, college a plus
  • 2+ years experience in sales; ideally RV, automotive, furniture, real estate, or mobilehomes
  • Superior customer service skills including the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and great listening skills
  • Strong computer skills including Gmail, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRMplatforms
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs

Compensation Your passion to generate sales will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earningspotential, commission driven pay plan. This is a high commission position and pay is based onhow well you do. A weekly draw will be provided against commissions to help you get started.
