Treasure Chest Storage on Depot Street in Franklin, is hiring an Office Manager

Compensation -

$17.00 to $22.00 per hour Schedule:

Full time, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

OVERVIEW: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a storage facility, ensuring a secure, clean, and customer-friendly environment. This role involves managing rental processes, handling customer inquiries, maintaining facility security, and overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of storage units. Additionally,

you will process and collect incoming lead information from various sources and guide them to the proper business division. Lead management involves checking leads for validity, sending them to sales representatives, and documenting prospect interactions (including emails, website visits, phone calls, and in-person meetings).

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

  • Provide information on available storage units, pricing, services, and other products.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Rental Process

  • Manage the entire rental process, including leasing agreements, payment processing, collect rent payments, late fees, contract completion, and clearing property of abandoned units via auction company.

  • Conduct facility tours for potential customers and explain storage policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records of occupied and vacant storage units.

  • Track inventory of packing and moving supplies and coordinate restocking as necessary.

  • Enforce compliance within company measures to mediate late and abandoned notices

Facility Maintenance

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the storage facility.

  • Coordinate routine inspections of storage units to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards.

  • Arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance as needed.

  • Light physical needs and lifting up to 30 lbs (example: changing a light bulb, to move and climb a ladder up to 10 ft.)

  • Light power tool usage such as using a grinder for lock removal.

Security Management

  • Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems.

  • Respond to and report any security incidents or breaches.

Lead Management

Oversee the management of leads and prospects within the CRM system.
