Revlon Sr. Analyst, CVS in Franklin, Massachusetts

Description

Develop the channel/customer and category/brand strategies leveraging consumer, category, and shopper insights to drive growth of the Revlon and Almay brands at CVS. Lead insight engagement between customer, sales team, and HQ resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the story-telling efforts for the assigned brands by leveraging consumer, category and shopper insights

  • Develop and present category growth opportunities to the assigned customer

  • Make distribution, pricing, and promotional recommendations

  • Analyze competitive activity and develop recommendations to combat sales challenges

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Category Leadership team at the assigned customer

  • Monitor marketplace trends and develop recommended strategies to address

  • Analyze business performance, assist in ROI analysis, and provide recommendations on plan improvement opportunities

  • Leverage assigned customer’s loyalty data to differentiate the Revlon and Almay brands from competition

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in related feild

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Beauty Care/CPG/Retail

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills

  • Expert in Syndicated Data (IRI, Nielsen) and subsidiary tools within these data portfolios

  • Experience in CVS ExtraCare data or “like” systems

  • Experience in managing business at CVS and/or Beauty Care a plus
