Sales Merchandiser Representative Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmer of America, is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Merchandiser Specialist position! We offer excellent benefits and competitive pay with significant growth opportunities! The position covers Western MA, CT, and occasionally RI; a company car is provided. More details will be provided during the interview. Sign-on bonus for external candidates of \$1,500.00. General Purpose Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer. Job Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams. - Check and report product voids. - Maintain ad hoc merchandising. - Manage inventory levels, minimizing out-of-stock and dump. - Execute all sales programs POP (point of purchase) materials and work to maximize sales in each store. - Set new stores and perform required resets. - Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web-based ordering. - Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area. - Assist with customer service issues or complaints. - Complete pricing surveys as required. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Report any food safety and food quality-related issues to management immediately. - The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the employee but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
