Aerotek Quality Inspector in Franklin, Indiana

Description:

Job Title: Inspector Job Description As an Inspector, your main responsibility will be to ensure that parts meet the quality specifications before they move on to the final packaging stage. These parts are destined for the defense and aerospace industry. The parts you will be inspecting are half the length of a pen, and you will be using exacto tools and push pins to smooth/remove any rough edges or bumps from the product. Your role will involve visual inspection of the product, sometimes with a looking glass, to identify any imperfections. After rectifying the issues, you will re-inspect the product. Once the inspection is over, you will be required to document your findings for scrap logs. You will also clean and sanitize the part before preparing it for shipment. Hard Skills- Attention to detail- Inspection Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Indiana.
