Senior IT Compliance Manager (m/w/d)

Legal Entity: Fujitsu Services GmbH

Arbeitszeit: 40 Std./ Woche

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung interner Kontrollsysteme (IKS) in Bezug auf IT Service Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Best Practices (COBIT)

  • Planung und Steuerung von externen Prüfungen zur Erwirkung von Service Organisation Controls Reports (SOC 1 / ISAE 3402) sowie von Assessment Reports nach BSI C5

  • Interne Beratung zur Anpassung der IKS auf individuelle Kundensituationen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfungsunternehmen

  • Nachverfolgung der Audit-Ergebnisse inkl. Überwachung der fristgerechten und qualitätskonformen Einreichung aller erforderlichen Nachweise (CAPA Management)

  • Kundenansprechpartner zu internen Kontrollsystemen

  • Steuerung und Prüfungen von Lieferanten in Hinblick auf IKS-Anforderungen

  • Etablieren eines Standard-Monitorings der internen Kontrollsysteme

  • Planung und Durchführung interner Prozess-Audits nach etablierten Standards

Folgende Qualifikationen solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder Prozessmanagement im IT-Umfeld (z.B. ISO 20000-1, ITIL), sowie im IT Security Umfeld (z.B. ISO27001, BSI C5, IT-Grundschutz)

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden sowie mit externen Prüfern

  • Erfahrung zu internen Kontrollsystemen im IT-Umfeld (COBIT), SOC Reports (Service Organisation Controls)

  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Audits und Follow-Up Management (CAPA)

  • Technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Services

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes analytisches Denkvermögen

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
