LOCATION: Remote U.S. (Hybrid – 8 days per month if within 50 miles of an office listed on the posting)

OVERVIEW

You will coordinate and implement clinical programs that meet the needs of our external customers and internal team. You will ensure successful adoption and use of Pharmacy Surveillance solutions (Sentri7 Pharmacy and Drug Diversion) by being the subject matter expert and consultant.

This is an individual contributor role. You will report to the Associate Director, Specialized Pharmacy Consulting.

DUTIES

You will contribute to the success of our customers and business units by performing the following:

  • Facilitate customers adoption and usage of surveillance solutions to achieve their desired outcomes, including providing advice on workflow and practice model adjustment, implementation of policies and procedures based on clinical evidence, practice guidelines, regulations, and professional practices.

  • Support the sales and customer success teams as an expert to demonstrate product functionality, important benefits, and integration into workflow to prospective and current customers.

  • Maintain clinical and operational content in our services to maintain currency with latest evidence.

  • Build professional relationships with pharmacy customers during and after implementations to serve as a trusted pharmacy resource.

  • Contribute to marketing activities and campaigns by providing expertise in pharmacy practice through webinars, blogs, professional meeting presentations, and scientific publications.

  • Collaborate with product development team to create feature enhancements, participate in user acceptability testing, leading customer facing pilots and testing, and participating in market research.

  • Develop training materials in multiple formats to support updates to solutions.

  • Manage sensitive protected health information (PHI) in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy; current license to practice Pharmacy within the United States.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience leading pharmacy practice, including:

  • Expertise in pharmacy operations and leadership in clinical pharmacy, drug diversion, and reimbursement/finance.

  • Successful preparation for Joint Commission or DNV surveys, Department of Health, Board of Pharmacy, and other applicable regulatory agency inspections and drafting and implementing process improvement plans based on Recommendations for Improvements (RFIs) or other relevant regulatory findings.

  • Designing processes and documentation to demonstrate compliance to pharmacy best practices and regulations.

  • Well versed in demonstrating the value of pharmacy services.

  • Clear communication to specialized and non-specialized audiences.

  • Board certification in relevant pharmacy specialty preferred.

TRAVEL: Up to 40% travel may be required.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $141,000-$197,550
