We are looking for a talented Site Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Components Business Segment in Frankfort, KY.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Site Manager

  • Manages and leads a cross functional team to ensure speed, dependability and efficiency in plant operations.

  • Leads and develops relationships to meet customer needs.

  • Manages and leads all plant functions to meet deliverables and drive improvements.

  • Leads the use of Cummins values, processes and procedures, including promoting the right environment.

  • Coaches and develops plant staff.

  • Develops the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant.

  • Leads the impacts between the plant and the overall Supply Chain.

  • Manages the community involvement.

  • Drives internal cross-functional interactions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.

  • This is an onsite position with responsibility for locations in Frankfort, KY

  • Oracle and MS tools experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean and other process improvement tools is required.

  • Six Sigma Certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.

Base salary range:$114,400 to $171,600

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
