Description

Rolle und Aufgaben

  • Du überprüfst regelmäßig Leistungskennzahlen und führst Kontroll- und Qualitätsanalysen durch.

  • Du wendest Messverfahren zur Beurteilung der Qualität und Bestandsbeschaffenheit an und gibst Feedback zur Qualitätssicherung an das Logistikmanagementteam weiter.

  • Du koordinierst die Bestandskontrolle und -zählung in Übereinstimmung mit den Netzwerkstrategien und sorgst für Regelkonformität und Konsistenz mit SOX.

  • Anhand von Ursache-Wirkungs-Analysen erkennst Du Grundursachen für Kundenbeschwerden und Inventarabweichungen und entwickelst Maßnahmenpläne um diese Vorfälle in Zukunft zu reduzieren.

  • Du übernimmst die Führung, Förderung sowie Motivation der Mitarbeiter im operativen Bereich der Bestandskontrolle und Qualitätssicherung.

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung, Koordination und Beurteilung der operativen Prozesse im Versandzentrum.

  • Du nimmst an netzwerkweiten Qualitätsinitiativen für die Bereiche Versand und Logistik teil.

Basic Qualifications

  • Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss, vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik, BWL, VWL, o.ä. Qualifikation

  • Du besitzt Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet Bestandskontrolle und Qualitätssicherungsmanagement sowie erste Führungserfahrung.

  • Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch.

  • Du bist belastbar, arbeitest problemlösungsorientiert, überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative und Multitasking-Fähigkeit und kannst in einer komplexen, zuweilen widersprüchlichen Umgebung Prioritäten setzen.

  • Überzeugende Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Führungsebenen zeichnen dich aus.

  • Du hast gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel.

  • Hohes Engagement für die Mitarbeiterentwicklung sind für dich selbstverständlich.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, insbesondere gute mathematische Fähigkeiten und Datenanalysekenntnisse.

  • Schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Softwaresysteme und Datenanalysetools.

  • Erfahrung mit Lean- und Six-Sigma-Methoden und –Techniken.
