Bavarian Inn Lodge Lounge Server in Frankenmuth, Michigan

HOURS: PART TIME - average of 20 hours per week, 3 -- 5 days per week May work combination of hours between 12:00 pm - 2:00 am Weekdays, weekends and holidays are required

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Responsible for setting up and preparation of all bar areas including the Lounge, River Rooms, Composer Rooms, and seasonally in the Schnitzelbank Biergarden. Responsible for serving food/drinks and collecting payment. Attend monthly department meetings. Maintaining and cleaning the bar areas and equipment to preserve equipment. Responsible to assist with achieving department and sales goals by making suggestions and helping with menu selections. Follows all the Food Health Department rules and State Liquor Laws.
