Wage: $14/hr | Part Time: 20-35 hours per week | Shift Example: 10pm-6am

About our Bakery Team:

The Bavarian Inn Restaurant is looking to add new faces to our AWESOME third shift bakery team! We are a high volume, from scratch production bakery providing over 250,000 loaves of bread each year for use in our bakeshop and dining rooms. Our third shift bread production team is responsible for the assembling, scaling, and baking of fresh ingredients used in the production of rye, white, stollen, and various other breads. General knowledge and experience baking and working with various dough is required. Prior work in history in production bakery setting is a plus, but not required.

Position Details:

  • Wage: Starting at $14 per hour; $15 per hour on weekends & holidays
  • Part-Time; average of 20-35 hours per week, depending on season
  • Shift Times: Typically, 10pm-6am, but may have some variation based on production needs
  • Bakery is open 7 days per week, 365 days per year; weekend & holiday availability required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours (duration of shift)
  • Must be able to perform continual light to moderate lifting, up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to tolerate high heat from ovens (putting product in/out)
